Review - Star Wars: The Phantom Menace 3D

In the years since its release, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace has seen re-releases on several forms of home video, from VHS to its latest incarnation on high-definition Blu Ray. Now the film has returned to theaters once more, this time carefully re-engineered In 3D. It looks every bit as good as it did when it was first released, and while it still isn’t the best movie around, it offers a decent sci-fi experience and a 3D effect that lends new levels of depth and brings the content to life like never before.

Gundam 00: A Wakening of the Trailblazer Review

Gundam 00: A wakening of the Trailblazer serves as a fitting epilogue, capping off the two-season 00 storyline by revealing the oft-foreshadowed "dialogues to come" and concluding Celestial Being’s role in the universe. The movie offers a solid, if unexceptional, experience that follows up some lingering plot threads while telling a new story with elements not seen before in a Gundam production. It's definitely a movie intended for fans of 00, but it would be a serviceable (albeit shallow) sci-fi/action movie for the uninitiated.
